Winnipeg Goldeyes LogoThe Winnipeg Goldeyes have acquired outfielder Tyler Graham from the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks for a player to be named later.

Graham, 29, reached the Major Leagues last year with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He appeared in 10 games, mostly as a pinch runner, and had two at-bats. He’s hitting .250 with 11 RBI in 29 games this season between York of the Atlantic League and Fargo.

The Fish also announced that they have placed outfielder Tim Smith on irrevocable waivers for the purpose of granting his release.

Winnipeg opens a six-game homestand tonight with the first of three games against the Wichita Wingnuts. Game time is 7 p.m. at Shaw Park.
