One woman is dead and her sister is in custody accused of running her over Tuesday morning in Little Grand Rapids.
RCMP say the deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Madison Blossom McKay. Following an autopsy, the death was contributed to injuries sustained in the vehicle/pedestrian collision.
Pandora Nancy Owens, 24, has been charged with first-degree murder and remains in custody.
Both women were residents of Little Grand Rapids.
Owens will appear in Winnipeg court on Thursday.
