Today is the last day for teams to register for this year’s Super-Spike volleyball tournament.
More than 375 teams have signed up to compete the weekend of July 19-20 at Maple Grove Rugby Park in south Winnipeg.
The event combines Western Canada’s largest outdoor/beach volleyball tournament with a weekend-long concert series set in a festival atmosphere. To date, the event has raised over half a million dollars in support of the National Women’s Volleyball Team.
Moses Mayes will be headlining the main stage on Friday July 19, with Buckcherry performing on Saturday, July 20,
Teams can register online by midnight and receive free access to the concert series and on-site festivities. Weekend passes for non-tournament participants are available through Super-Spike.ca.
