A 75-year-old Winnipeg man was killed Saturday after being thrown from his motorcycle on Highway 3 just east of La Riviere.
The crash happened around noon when the man’s 2006 Harley Davidson was travelling westbound with a group of riders when he lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle.
RCMP say the rider was transported to hospital where he later died. His name isn’t being released.
No other vehicles were involved and the man was wearing a helmet at the time, said RCMP.
Police continue to investigate.
