Australian Walkabout at Assiniboine Park Zoo (HANDOUT)
The Assiniboine Park Zoo is hosting a full day of activities today to celebrate their Australian Walkabout exhibit.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Kangaroo Kraze will feature a special line-up of activities where kids can make their own kangaroo pouch, get their faces painted, hop in a bouncer and meet DOMO’s mascot, Domo Roo.
All activities are free with regular zoo admission and the first 1,000 visitors to the zoo will receive a free ‘Hop to it’ button.
Australian Walkabout opened in May.
