Two full days of live bands, burlesque, classic cars, retro fashions, and workshops will make up this year’s River City Rumble.
Held August 3-4 at the Metropolitan Entertainment Centre in downtown Winnipeg, the inaugural event will feature local artists the Brent Parkin Band, Greg Arcade and his Rockin’ Band, the Rowdymen, The Fl!p Cats, and the Farrell Brothers.
Daily headlining acts are Kim Lenz and the Jaguars, and Lee Rocker of the seminal rockabilly band the Stray Cats.
RCR will run daily from noon to 2 a.m. Tickets are $40 (Saturday) and $45 (Sunday), or you can buy a weekend pass for $75. For more details, visit RiverCityRumble.ca.
