The Assiniboine Park Zoo is beating the heat with a Polar Party on Monday.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., a special lineup of activities will help children learn about conservation and research, make polar bear ears, get their faces painted, meet Travel Manitoba’s polar bear mascot, try the “Wapusk National Park Polar Bear Quiz,” and visit the Celebrity Polar Plunge dunk tank.
Hudson the polar bear will play inside his enclosure at 11 a.m.
