RCMP are investigating after a man’s body was found in the Red River at the Selkirk Park boat launch Monday evening.
Police responded to the call just after 6:30 p.m. and located the deceased male.
No further details have been released and police are continuing with their investigation.
UPDATE: Wednesday, August 28 — The deceased has been identified as a 70-year-old man from the RM of St. Andrews. The death isn’t considered suspicious.
