The University of Manitoba Students’ Union (UMSU) is hosting its second annual Really, Really Free Market this weekend.

Similar to Winnipeg’s own Giveaway Weekend, the public can drop off items they no longer want and pick up items they do want — for free. However, organizers ask that you leave large appliances and pets at home.

Items can include usable books, music, tools, small appliances, crafts and pet supplies.

The market will run Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the U Lot across from Investors Group Field (behind the U of M Welcome Centre).

A local charity will pick up any leftover items that remain after Sunday.
