A 59-year-old Selkirk man has died following an ATV crash near the community Friday morning.
RCMP found the man at around 8:30 a.m. near the scene of the crash along Highway 9, about two kilometres northwest of Selkirk.
Police say it appears the driver lost control and flipped the ATV after hitting a hay bale. He was deceased when officers arrived.
The rider was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision and alcohol has not been ruled out as a factor.
Police continue to investigate.
