Pair Make Off with Wallet in Steinbach Robbery

RCMP Crest LogoPolice are looking for two men after a robbery in Steinbach early Tuesday morning.

RCMP were called to the Bethesda Hospital at around 6:30 a.m. after a man was attacked by two unknown men with a knife.

The victim was walking to his vehicle on Brandt Street when the attack occurred. A brief struggle ensued before the victim’s wallet was stolen. The suspects left on foot. The man wasn’t seriously injured in the robbery.

One of the suspects is described as 20-25-years-old with brown hair and blue eyes. He is Caucasian and approximately 5’5″-5’7″ tall. He was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket and has a slim build. The second male was described as Caucasian and of similar age.
