Pianist Roger Admiral
Renowned pianist Roger Admiral will perform an all-Canadian program at the Winnipeg Art Gallery on October 28.
Staged in Eckhardt Hall, the program for GroundSwell’s second concert of the 2013-14 season will be an event of fine music next to fine art.
“Piano Rapture: Modern Masterpieces” is a five-composer program with disciplines of famed European composers Gyorgy Kurtag and Iannis Xenakis, who cover the gamut of 20th century modernist styles, as well as Howard Bashaw, James Harley and Michael Matthews.
