Mayor of West St. Paul Assaulted Outside Home

RCMP Crest LogoThe mayor of West St. Paul was the victim of an assault last week and RCMP are searching for those responsible.

Bruce Henley, 53, was assaulted by two unknown people outside of his home on October 16 just before 7 a.m.

The suspects fled the area and Henley was taken to hospital in Winnipeg with non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made in the assault.
