A former Winnipeg movie theatre manager is facing sexual assault charges going back 12 years.
Two male victims, now aged 23 and 24, recently came forward about the allegations, which took place between January 1, 2002 and January 1, 2008. Both were 13-years-old at the time while being paid under the table to work at a McPhillips Street movie theatre.
Police say during that time the victims were sexually assaulted by the suspect on numerous occasions that went unreported.
Terrence James Stannard, 54, has since been located in Saskatoon and returned to Winnipeg to face charges. He was arrested on Thursday.
Stannard faces two counts each of sexual exploitation, sexual assault and invitation to sexual touching. He remains in custody.
