Four Winnipeg Blue Bomber players have been named to the CFL’s 2013 East Division All-Star Team.
Runningback Will Ford, offensive lineman Glenn January, defensive tackle Bryant Turner, and linebacker Henoc Muamba have all been short-listed.
Muamba, a third-year linebacker on the team, started in all 18 games this season and finished second in the league with 106 tackles, while also racking up one sack and one interception. He’s also the Blue Bombers nominee for most outstanding player, most outstanding defensive player and most outstanding Canadian.
The players were selected by a group of 77 voters, including members of the Football Reporters of Canada and CFL head coaches.
The CFL All-Stars will be announced in early December.
