Two people were killed Friday night in a four-vehicle crash on Highway 6 in the RM of Woodlands.
A 26-year-old man travelling north attempted to pass a semi-trailer when he collided head-on with a truck. A car and SUV then slammed into the back of the truck.
The collision happened just before 8:30 p.m. near Highway 411, according to RCMP.
The 26-year-old man from The Pas died as a result, along with the 48-year-old RM of Woodlands man driving the truck.
Three adults and two children were treated for minor injuries.
The names of the deceased aren’t being released.
