A gift-wrapping and coat check station at St. Vital Centre is benefiting the St. Amant Foundation.
Beginning today and running through to Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, shoppers can help the foundation to fund electronic transfer lifts and specialized medical and music therapy equipment.
The annual service — based solely on donations — raised $23,000 last year for projects at St. Amant.
On December 11 from noon to 3 p.m., local celebrity teams will compete every hour in a series of wrapping-themed games.
The gift wrap and coat check station will be available from open to close by the food hall until Christmas Eve, as well as to check shoppers’ coats on Boxing Day.
