A 55-year-old man has died after becoming trapped underneath a snowmobile.
The accident happened Wednesday around 4 p.m. on a rural property in the RM of Woodworth, northeast of Virden.
RCMP say the man was found pinned between the track that propels the snowmobile and the machine itself. Emergency crews worked to free the man, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
An autopsy will take place in Brandon.
