Commuters wheel through a wet situation Monday evening as a water main break flooded part of South Osborne Street. The break near Maplewood Avenue had City of Winnipeg crews scrambling to find the source of the leak and shut off water to the area. The road quickly turned to ice — something the city has seen a lot of in recent days as cold temperatures make themselves at home and water main breaks become more prevalent.
