A new kind of school is opening up in Winnipeg’s Exchange District for those wanting to become a bartender.
Exchange Bartending School will open January 27 at 89 Princess Street, offering students the opportunity to train and learn all the skills necessary to thrive in the serving world.
The five-day course will teach students everything from basic bar set up and cocktail mixing, to customer service and the key to self-promotion.
The school is also working with local restaurants and nightclubs to offer students a chance to work and gain further experience in the industry.
