A partial plate of false teeth and a DNA match have helped Winnipeg police arrest a woman suspected of robbery.
Police say the robbery occurred on October 15, 2007 at a convenience store in the 800 block of Arlington Street. The suspect confronted staff with a knife before making off with an undisclosed amount of cash. In the process, she dropped her partial plate of false teeth and left the scene.
A recent DNA match on the teeth identified a suspect and the woman was arrested on Wednesday.
Her name and age haven’t been released.
