The colourful race that sees runners doused with a rainbow of cornstarch is returning to Winnipeg this summer.

The Color Me Rad 5K Winnipeg race on July 19 is in support of the St. Amant Foundation.

“Your donation will create positive futures for the 1700 families in our community who use St. Amant programs or services,” said Juliette Mucha, the foundation’s director. “The Spirit Cottage is expected to open this June for day and overnight visits and Color Me Rad will help ensure the people we support will get to have recreation and relaxation options every day of the year.”

The race will be once again held at Red River Exhibition Park.

Runners are encouraged to wear white, where they will be doused in a different colour of cornstarch for every kilometre ran.

Runners who register using promo code STAMANT will have 20% of their registration fee donated to the St. Amant Foundation.
