Last year (above video), 121 people came out to the Polar Plunge “Freezin For A Reason. The event is organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) across North America.
Law enforcement and community members will jump at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Indian Me?tis Friendship Centre, 45 Robinson Street.
Admission to watch the event is free, but those interested in participating can visit SpecialOlympics.mb.ca to register or pledge their support to other participants.
The first annual plunge in 2013 raised more than $36,000 for Special Olympics Manitoba.
