Living Prairie Museum
An afternoon of outdoor winter fun is being held Sunday at the Living Prairie Museum.
The annual Snow Trek will offer families the chance to enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, geocaching and snow art.
Free cross-country ski instruction and guided snowshoe hikes will be provided, while guests can also sit around a campfire and enjoy a cup of homemade apple cider and hot chocolate.
Admission is free, but donations are also being accepted. Volunteers are needed and can contact the museum at (204) 832-0167.
Snow Trek runs Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. at 2795 Ness Avenue.
