Shopping Centres
Kildonan Place — 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Polo Park — 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
St. Vital Centre — 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Manitoba Liquor Marts
Open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. — All Winnipeg locations (excluding cityplace), Pembina Liquor Mart Express, Airport Liquor Mart Express, Park West Liquor Mart Express, and all Brandon locations.

Civic Offices
Closed

Winnipeg Transit
Operating on a Sunday schedule.

Recycling/Garbage Collection
Recycling and garbage will be collected as normally scheduled for those with Monday as a collection day.

Brady Road Resource Management Facility
Monday, February 17
5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Leisure Centres
All Leisure Centres will be closed on Monday, February 17.

Swimming Pools
All City of Winnipeg indoor swimming pools will be closed on Monday, February 17 with the exception of Pan Am Pool and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex.
Pan Am Pool will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Libraries
All Winnipeg Public Libraries will be closed on Monday, February 17.

Animal Services Agency
Closed on Monday, February 17

Cemeteries
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from dawn till dusk over the Louis Riel Day long weekend including Monday, February 17.

Winnipeg Parking Authority
Closed on Monday, February 17
