Winnipeg Jets LogoThe Winnipeg Jets will salute the Canadian Armed Forces during a game on March 8 when the team hosts the Ottawa Senators.

Players will be wearing limited edition Canadian Armed Forces-themed jerseys for warm-up, which will then be auctioned online with proceeds going to Canadian Armed Forces charities.

CAF bands will play during the pre-game and intermissions in the atrium, while another accompanies Stacey Nattrass for the O Canada.

Service personnel in uniform will also be eligible for a post-game photo on the ice at MTS Centre.

The Jets are donating a block of tickets to Canadian Armed Forces members and their families in anticipation of the game. Season ticket holders wishing to do the same will be entered into a draw to win a limited edition autographed Andrew Ladd CAF Winnipeg Jets jersey, receive a charitable tax receipt for the amount of the tickets donated and earn 100 bonus Jets Points.
