Cyclists bundled up on Sunday to put their tires to the icy pavement in the 14th annual Ice Bike Race.

The event brought out more than 150 riders of all ages to The Forks, including unicyclists.

The closed course featured everything a winter cycling enthusiast might enjoy, from snow, ice, gravel, and the odd patch of dry pavement.

Winnipeg just finished hosting the second annual International Winter Cycling Congress this week, which drew hundreds of riders from around the world to promote winter cycling as a viable and convenient transportation option.
