Winnipeg Transit has opened a new customer service centre at the Millennium Library.
The full-service centre will allow riders to obtain bus passes, tickets, and receive route planning assistance.
“With large demand from the public for a central one-stop shop location, Winnipeg Transit has taken this opportunity to significantly upgrade the existing facility within the Library and make changes to our other Customer Service centres to better serve the needs of our passengers,” said Dave Wardrop, director of Winnipeg Transit.
The centre, located on the busy transit route of Graham Avenue, will be open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Two other customer service centres are located in the Winnipeg Square Concourse and at 414 Osborne Street.
