Thrive Week is continuing today on the University of Winnipeg campus, promoting five days of activities focused on wellness, and a year-round commitment to helping the university community achieve holistic wellness.
A mindfulness workshop was held Tuesday, along with visits from some furry friends of Manitoba Mutts.
Today’s schedule includes yoga from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in The Hive. On Thursday, a wellness fair will be held in Riddell Atrium from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., while Jane Burpee present “1 in 5” in The Hive.
The week will conclude on Friday with the first annual Mental Health Summit from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Manitoba Hall, 2M70.
