Winnipeg police are looking for a suspect after a bank was robbed in the 200 block of Portage Avenue on Wednesday.
The robbery occurred at about 10:30 a.m. when a man approached the 38-year-old male teller and produced a note demanding money.
An undisclosed amount of cash was given to the suspect and he fled.
Police describe the man as being aboriginal in appearance, approximately 35-years-old, 5’6″-5’8″ tall with a heavy build and pock-marked cheeks. He was wearing a jacket and jeans.
