A 23-year-old woman is in critical condition after being hit by a car in downtown Winnipeg on Saturday.
The accident happened at around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Donald Street and Broadway.
Police say the victim had been crossing the eastbound lanes of Broadway at Donald when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at the scene, but later released without charge pending further investigation.
