Get ready to Zumba!
Kildonan Place is offering free weekly Zumba classes beginning Wednesday, April 9 designed to get people moving.
Led by local instructor Tammy Vogel, the free 30-minute classes will run every Wednesday at 9 a.m. and is open to anyone wanting to join. No pre-registration is required.
“We’re always looking for ways to give our customers something unexpected, and to go beyond the traditional mall experience,” said Kildonan Place marketing director Corey Quintaine. “Zumba is a great way for people of any age to get moving and have some fun.”
The low-impact exercise program is set to music and inclusive of any skill level or athletic ability.
The eight-week pilot program will be held in the mall’s centre court. If successful, the classes could continue year-round, and other active living activities could be added.
