Panel Discussion to Focus on Manitoba’s Budget

Young AssociatesYoung professionals and members of the business community are gathering on Wednesday to discuss Manitoba’s recently released provincial budget.

Mapping Manitoba — Paths to Prosperity is being hosted by the Young Associates at The Fairmont Winnipeg on April 16.

Discussions will form around the budget’s impact on the social and economic prosperity of our community.

CBC’s Ryan Hicks will moderate panelists made of up Dave Angus, president and CEO of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, Colin Craig, prairie director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, Manny Atwal, vice-president of helicopter programs at StandardAero, and Dr. Bryan Schwartz, professor at the University of Manitoba.

The event runs from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and is free for YA members. Non-members can attend for $40.
