A five-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted at a St. Vital area pool on April 9.
The boy’s mother contacted Winnipeg police, who said her son had been inappropriately touched by another patron.
Members of the Child Abuse Unit investigated and eventually arrested Jonathan Alexander Baker, 23, of Winnipeg. He has been charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference and failing to comply with a probation order.
He remains in custody.
