Manitoba Liquor Marts

Frozen Pipe Citizen Resource Centres
The city’s three Frozen Pipe Citizen Resource Centres will have adjusted operating hours during the Easter long weekend. Visit the city’s website for specific hours and locations.

Friday, April 18 — Closed

Sunday, April 20 –Closed
Monday, April 21 — all libraries will be closed with the exception of the Millennium, Henderson, and Pembina Trails Libraries which will be open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Recycling/Garbage Collection Schedule
Single-family homes
Recycling and garbage will be collected on the Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays for those residents with Friday and Monday as their weekly cart collection day.
Multi-family apartments
Recycling and garbage collection will continue as normally scheduled.

Friday, April 18 — 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 19 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Winnipeg Transit Holiday Service Schedule
Friday, April 18 — Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule.
Monday, April 21 — Winnipeg Transit will operate on a regular weekday schedule.
Leisure Centres
All Leisure Centres are closed on Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21. Regular hours of operation are in effect for Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20.
Swimming Pools
All City of Winnipeg swimming pools will be closed on Friday, April 18, except the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex which will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Regular hours of operation are in effect for all pools on Saturday, April 19.
Pools will be open on Sunday, April 20 as scheduled, but will close at 4 p.m.
All pools are closed on Monday, April 21, except Pan Am Pool and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex. Pan Am Pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Animal Services Agency
Closed Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21. Open noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Winnipeg Parking Authority
Closed Friday, April 18 through Monday, April 21.
