ChrisD.ca and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet want to send you to see a Mixed Programme performance — three ballets in one night.
In partnership with Culture on Every Corner, we have a pair of tickets (two total) to give away to the show on May 7 at the Centennial Concert Hall. Showtime is 7:30 p.m.
Show preview: Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet presents an evening of stunning classical technique and brave contemporary choreography set to the works of master composers. Hailed by critics and audience as a modern masterpiece, James Kudelka’s The Four Seasons is a rich interpretation of the journey of life. The Vertiginous Thrill of Exactitude is a challenging contemporary ballet that celebrates dancers’ ability to turn difficulty into a triumph of physical mastery. Winnipeg’s own Jorden Morris (Peter Pan, Moulin Rouge – The Ballet) returns to Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet with Defilé, a new work featuring dancers from every level of the company from student to master.
