The Winnipeg Goldeyes are ensuring fans who attend this season’s baseball games have a fun time while doing so.
The club has announced its 2014 promotions schedule, which includes giveaways, entertainment, and theme games.
“Giveaways and entertainment have always been a hit at Shaw Park,” Goldeyes general manager Andrew Collier said. “Goldeyes fans are the best fans in independent baseball and we try to give them many reasons to come to the ballpark every summer.”
Opening night will see the Goldeyes taking on the Central Division Sioux City Explorers. Every fan in attendance on May 26 will receive a magnet schedule. Archangel Fireworks will put on one of their award-winning fireworks shows following the game.
