Two 17-year-old girls were groped on Tuesday while walking in the area of Government Avenue and London Street.
The alleged sexual assaults took place between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The first victim was groped in the lower body, while the second was approached from behind and grabbed in a “bear hug.”
The suspect is described as a man with a tanned complexion, approximately 5’11” to 6’0″ with a skinny build. He was wearing a dark blue/grey or black hoodie with a white logo/letters/numbers in the middle of the back (possibly Adidas brand), black pants and tan/brown shoes.
