Suspect Sought After Indecent Act in River Park South

Winnipeg Police CrestWinnipeg police are looking for a male youth who allegedly performed an indecent act in front of two women in River Park South on Sunday.

Police say the incident happened at around 5:30 p.m. when two women were walking in the 100 block of Burland Avenue. The youth ran up to the women, who then yelled at him before he took off.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, 14-18 years of age, 5’9″-5’10” tall, with short light brown wavy hair. He was wearing a grey T-shirt, black athletic shorts and running shoes.
