(NC) — Long days and warm nights lead to firing up the grill with splendid feasts in mind. And of course, where there are grilled meats, the tasty condiments are not far behind. This year, why not move beyond the ordinary and serve exciting do-it-yourself condiments that are easy to make? Each one can be tailored to create one-of-a-kind flavours to excite the taste buds of family and friends.
“It’s as easy as adding your favourite herbs and spices or blended seasoning to store-bought condiments like ketchup or mayonnaise,” says Michael Cloutier, the executive corporate chef at McCormick Canada. “Experiment with different combinations to take burgers, hot dogs, and sausages to a whole new level.”
