Winnipeg police are looking for a man after the attempted abduction of a 10-year-old girl in Crestview.
The incident happened Wednesday at around 4 p.m. while the victim was walking in the area of Lumsden Avenue and Kay Crescent.
Police say the man grabbed the girl by the arm and said, “Let’s go to Hedges” (a nearby junior high school). The girl was able to break free and contact police.
The man is described as Caucasian with tanned skin, 6′ tall, 25-30 years old, clean shaven with a skinny build, black hair, and scars on both hands. He was wearing a white shirt and black pants.
