More charges have been laid against a 66-year-old Manitoba man who pretended to be a doctor and wrote fraudulent prescriptions to patients.
Leslie Colmer was charged earlier this month after it’s alleged he treated patients in Steinbach, Winnipeg, Selkirk and without having a medical licence.
An investigation was launched by RCMP after a complaint over how he conducted himself while seeing a patient.
Colmer now faces 25 charges of fraud and two for assault.
He will appear in Winnipeg court on Monday.
