Man Charged After Trafficking Outside Russell Store

RCMP Crest LogoA man allegedly trying to sell hash to customers outside a Russell convenience store is in custody.

RCMP were called to the store after a complaint on June 14, where they arrested a man and a woman.

Police searched their vehicle, where they found hash, marijuana, three knives and a large sum of cash.

Ronald Strader, 48, of Elm Creek, Manitoba remains in custody. Police say he is currently on conditions from the Saskatoon Police Service, and has two endorsed warrants. He has been charged with four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and breach of a probation order.
