Manitoba Puts More Cottage Lots on the Market

Manitoba has opened up the market on 136 cottage lots across the province.

As of June 26, Manitobans will be able to select a lot on a first-come, first-served basis, including 49 lakefront, nine lake-view and 23 provincial park lots. In addition, 10 lots not claimed after two or more cottage lot draws and returned to the province will be made available for sale or lease.

Manitoba residents can apply in person until July 9 at 200 Saulteaux Cres. in Winnipeg or by mail as of July 10. Non-Manitoba residents can apply starting on October 24.
