Manitoba Bisons football is returning to Shaw TV this season for a handful of live broadcasts.
Beginning with the season opener on September 5, the Bisons will be seen visiting rival Saskatchewan at 8 p.m. CT.
Two other games are on the schedule, including September 12 when Manitoba hosts Regina (7 p.m.), and September 26 when the Bisons visit Calgary (7 p.m.). The final three weeks of the season will be based on a flex schedule for broadcast depending on the most compelling matchup.
The top four seeds advance to the post-season as the Canada West semifinals take place on Friday, November 7 and Saturday, November 8. The Canada West football season culminates with the 78th Hardy Cup (Canada West Final) on Saturday, November 15. Both semi-finals matchups and the Hardy Cup will be aired live on Shaw TV.
