To wrap up Bike Week, Mountain Equipment Co-op will be holding its sixth annual MEC BikeFest at The Forks on Sunday.
The free event will get cyclists geared up for the summer with the popular gear swap, where riders can buy, sell and trade used bikes, cycling clothes or bike accessories.
Tune-ups and test rides will be offered, showcasing some of the newest bike models from MEC, and a fix-it-yourself station will allow cyclists to roll up their sleeves and tune their own bikes with stands and tools available.
Local community bike shops will offer clinics, with topics including fixing flats, chain maintenance, adjusting brakes, and other tips.
MEC BikeFest will be held in The Forks Market Plaza from noon to 5 p.m.
