Winnipeg police are looking for a man who they say used his cell phone to look up a woman’s dress at a local clothing store.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of Regent Avenue on Friday evening after a 23-year-old woman says she was approached from behind. The man is said to have possibly photographed or shot video from underneath her dress.
Police say the suspect initiatlly looked up the victim’s dress before using his cell phone to record. The victim confronted the suspect and he fled the store.
He is described as Caucasian, mid to late 20s, medium/chubby build, 5’8”-5’9” tall, blue/green eyes, dark hair, clean shaven, wearing prescription glasses and dark clothing.
