WINNIPEG — Polo Park Shopping Centre has revealed some of the big name stores coming to the city as part of its $49 million development.
The first-to-market retailers of the 114,000-square-foot expansion will include Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, scheduled to open later this year.
The two join the already announced H&M, and also the Disney Store, Nine West, Thomas Sabo, Fossil, Journeys and Pandora.
New retailers will fill 65,000-square-feet of space, with 25,000 square feet already leased to H&M.
Existing retailers Eddie Bauer, Guess, Garage, Dynamite, Lenscrafters and Mexx have either renovated or relocated in the mall as part of the redevelopment.
Other upgrades include 370 feet of new skylights, plus new soft-seating to create a modern and bright shopping environment. A renovation of the entrance to the second level parking deck is also planned.
