Winnipeg police have arrested a man they say was taking upskirt photos of a woman in a store.
Earlier this month, police released information about a man who allegedly approached a 23-year-old woman from behind while she was shopping at a clothing store on Regent Avenue West and photographed up her dress on July 4.
Police said the investigation shows the man looking up the victim’s dress and then using a phone to record. The woman then confronts the man, who runs away.
Police said they arrested a 26-year-old man Wednesday at a home in the area of Guy Savoie Drive and Shady Shores Drive in St. Boniface. He has been released on a promise to appear.
