The Manitoba Government has ordered an investigation into a shooting on a reserve that saw an RCMP officer shoot a man on a First Nations reserve.
The government said the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team is heading to Norway House to investigate the incident.
Manitoba RCMP would only say they were under investigation and confirmed an RCMP officer fired his gun.
Media reports say the RCMP officer fired his gun four times at an unarmed man at a children’s baseball game.
